White Rock, BC— Another high-scoring affair between the Coastal Tsunami and White Rock Whalers ended 6-5 in favour of the home team.
After the first period, the score was tied at two. Reegan Kominko (2) and Raydon Parkes (19 SH) scored for Coastal, while Devon Mahil (18 PP) and Justin Osborne (18) scored for White Rock.
Coastal closed the second period up 5-3. Ben Walker (10 PP), Oliver Nottingham (17 PP), and Jake Yakubowski (12 PP) scored the first three goals of the second period, and Max Lyons (9) picked up the last goal of the frame.
White Rock scored three goals in the third period to take the game 6-5. Max Lyons (10), Devon Mahil (19 PP), and Neland Voshell (10) helped their team to victory.
Coastal is back home on Friday, January 31, to host the Grandview Steelers. Tickets are available online and at the arena.
