Hockey Background:
- Raised in Thornhill, Ontario, and began skating at the age of four
- Began his coaching career at 27-years-old in Barrie, Ontario, at Georgian College
- Moved the Delta Flyers to Powell River in 1988 while serving as the GM, Head Coach, and later Director of Operations
- Former GM and Head Coach of the Victoria Cougars – currently the Prince George Cougars
- Former President of Powell River Minor Hockey
Hockey Background:
- Grew up in North Vancouver and played in the North Vancouver Minor Hockey Association
- Director of Marketing and Play-By-Play Broadcaster with the North Vancouver Wolf Pack for five seasons
- Grey Cup champion as part of the Montreal Alouettes media team in 2023
- Graduate of BCIT’s Radio Arts and Entertainment Program
