TSUNAMI OPEN 2025 WITH A 4-1 LOSS AT HOME TO THE WHALERS

Sunshine Coast, BC— Four players scored for the White Rock Whalers in what was a perfect road game for the squad on the Sunshine Coast. 

 

The two teams called a total of twelve penalties, and neither could score a power play goal. Coastal went 0/5, while White Rock was 0/7.

 

Devon Mahil (13), Max Lyons (7), Connor Hughes (18), and Jonah Ussher (18) scored goals for the Whalers. 

 

The lone goal for the Coastal Tsunami came off the stick of Caige Starr (2).

 

Coastal will get another chance to win their first victory in 2025 this Sunday when they host the Ridge Meadows Flames. Tickets are available online and at the arena.
