TSUNAMI OUTSCORED 6-5 BY PANTHERS IN THE LAST GAME BEFORE THE HOLIDAY BREAK

Giancarlo Nadeau

Port Moody, BC— Coastal (15-17-1-1) is headed into the holiday break without the two points they hoped to earn in Port Moody (9-22-2-1) tonight.

Although the Tsunami scored first, they didn’t play well enough inside their own zone to earn a third victory against the Panthers.

The visitors surrendered too many breakaway opportunities, with a few leading to goals for Port Moody.

Raydon Parkes (16), Eric Stinson (9, 10), Oliver Nottingham (13), and Lucas Lekakis (2) scored goals for the Tsunami.

Daegun Chong (3), Evan Fedele (12), Dane Svingen-Jones (4), Chayse Hainz (3), Lucas Kalman (5), and Nicolas Lee (1) scored for the Panthers.

Coastal is back home on December 30, playing the Port Coquitlam Trailblazers in their final home game of 2024.
